The WELL Framework

Eight dimesions. One path to well-being.

Inspired by the eight dimensions of wellness – intellectual, physical, social, spiritual, occupational, emotional, financial, and environmental – the WELL Framework offers a holistic approach to health. It ensures that both individual and team wellness needs are met with tailored, evidence-based solutions.

As the foundation of CHPS, the WELL Framework reflects a High-Reliability Organization mindset, delivering consistent, accessible, and impactful wellness services to civilian employees across the Air Force.
